choir was great haha. pt seriously killed me. 4 rounds, and i was having stitch at the first round. what a loser!! haha and xuxi rae boonfang xuewen gina woodblock all late, left me running alone in the pathetic track.

haha so after practice went to the mamak shop to buy food to eat. the minute we opened the doors, it was bloody filled with people. and the queue was super long. bought gummies to eat tomorrow xD
