day out with parents at ikea. first brought them to anchor point. we ate XIN WANG HONG KONG CAFE for lunch. i can't decide what to eat. when there are too many choices, i always can't make up my mind!! so, in the end, i ordered luncheon meat with egg and rice. (Y) it's really delicious you know!! the luncheon meat is super crispy. but wow some food are overpriced. $2.90 for milo dinosaur, 20cents for warm water and 40cents for cold water. i thought that drinks were free.
anyway, we went to cotton on to shop. wanted to get the sleeveless top i saw at marina that day, but couldn't find it. :( i saw this shop selling cath kidston bags for only 19.90!! but i'm not sure whether it's the genuine goods or not. proceeded to ikea.
everytime i enter ikea, i feel like a kid again!! my mum bought loads of boxes to pack her stuff. my dad was just bored out, keep on playing sudoku. ikea has loads of cute soft toys. i found this golden retriever stuffed toy which costs $29, and man, it looks realistic!! i grabbed it and hid behind my mum's back. then when she turned around, she freaked out and exclaimed haha!! (Y)
my mum was supposed to buy candles for jiang gugu. then coz there are a lot of scented candles in there, then there was this particular scent which caught my attention. initially i told my mum about the pleasant fragrant, then i went around smelling all the different scent to find the particular smell. finally i found it -- IT'S THE MILK ONE!! wow i love it. then my mum told me if i like it then i should just buy it. then after that my mum saw the cranberry one, and she love it, so she bought that too!! haha we love candles too much.
