Spontaneous meet-ups are really exciting haha. After I returned from cruise on Wednesday night, Wendy asked me to go to Changi Airport with her randomly haha. We wanted to try out the 12 things you never knew about Singapore Changi Airport thing that she read on ladyironchef.com SO OFF WE WENT TO THE AIRPORT.
Wow initially we were like 2 excited kids who were on a school trip to the airport. After that, it just got really depressing. It was like a constant reminder that I'm stuck in Singapore for the rest of my holiday till uni starts, while my friends would be travelling :( And it made me wonder when will my overly-controlling parents/family loosen their reins on me and let me roam all over the world alone or with my friends. At the moment, I just felt the resentment of being an only child ARGH.
Ok so here's a picture of us acting all touristy and stuff haha WE WERE REALLY VERY ELATED TO BE AT THE AIRPORT. HOW CHILDISH OF US HAHA. Anyway, we were quite disappointed because most of the things in the list of 12 things could only be completed if we were checked in. Well so... :(
RAMEN CHAMPION FOR LUNCH YAYYY. I will seriously NEVER get sick of ramen. If only I'm at Tokyo now omg all those ramen and sushi AND SASHIMI WOWZ LIFE WOULD BE FABULOUS. Finally decided to try something other than be safe and usual choice of chashuu ramen so I ordered the spicy flavour one while Wendy ordered the curry one haha. OMG SO GOOD AND I'M SO GLAD THAT I DECIDED TO BE ADVENTUROUS. Tears of joy as I munched on my ramen and savoured the delightful bowl of soup yay.
Went to fairprice finest to digest our food before going to the slide. HAHA we were so high after eating somehow (did they add something into our ramen soup HAHA KIDDING) and we were dancing to the music that was playing away. The tune was so groovy please and that same song was like playing non-stop for our entire duration in the supermarket, which I guess was around 30mins?? We caught several people staring at us HAHA BUT WE DON'T CARE COZ WE ARE COOL LIKE THIS.
We spent $28.80 on lunch which was enough for 2 slide rides!! You only have to spend $10 for a redemption of a slide ride. We were so excited to sit on the ride HAHA TOTALLY GETTING JUDGED BY TEENAGERS SINCE WE WERE TOO OLD FOR THE SLIDE AND THERE WERE KIDS QUEUEING FOR IT BUT SERIOUSLY WHO CARES. The chances of those teenagers or other people seeing us again is like almost 0% so YOLO and we went to queue for the slide. Haha so we played a game to decide who should go down first, so Wendy had to go down first haha. She video-ed the process of her turn my gosh haha she took like 28seconds and the woman was sniggering away because the record was 4seconds. I took only 12seconds *smirks* SLOWPOK. It was really fun, since the slide was made from metal, and there was almost no friction so we went down super duper fast, and the slide kept spiralling down and I think it's around 3 storeys high. Ok so we only managed to complete 1 out of the 12 things BOOO.
After the ride, we somehow got a bit blur and started having headaches. It was as if everything was just a dream. We were so tired and desperately found a place by the fountain to sit down, while we ate our cupcakes, drank some KOI milktea and engaged in an intense battle of QUIZUP. Totally unfair because she kept winning in Asian history HMPH. Anyway she got me so addicted to the game that I even earned a title in being THE BEST IN SINGAPORE for one of the categories LOL WTH SO JOKE.
Oh and there was this night that I was talking to XUXI and we couldn't stop laughing my gosh. I don't even know what's so funny but it just cracked me up so bad HAHA MY FAVOURITE ASSHOLE.
Ok wow that's a lot of word diarrhea, to make up for the lack of updates. May May (LOL may may) be a happy month for everyone!! AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BELOVED LIUHAN and hope you enjoyed the little "surprise" that me and Doreen planned for you!! Thank goodness that my horrible headache was finally gone this morning so I could go out. It was definitely fun catching up and talking about random stuff. DSL THE THREE MUSKETEERS HAHA.

Only photo that can be posted here coz we looked too unglam in the others HAHA. Ok bye!!
