Die Mündliche Prüfung (Oral test):
GERMAN ORAL TEST IS OVER!!
So happy omg. So glad that the topics (and even some content) that we prepared came out!! So we were less frazzled. We could only bring in a cue card with key notes written on it.
Also, had a bad start to the day, so I was in complete panic mode. Was supposed to reach school at 7.45am (latest) to prepare with Phoebe, so I woke up 45 mins in advance, and even left home way earlier than usual. But guess what?? TRAIN FAULT. This doesn't even surprise me anymore. It's like such a common occurrence recently. And I was super unlucky to be on the train with the fault, so we were stuck there for around 10 mins?? And only told to exit the train after waiting for so long. Worst, after exiting the train at Jurong East, we had to join the long queue that had already formed at JE, so being the first to board, we instead ended up at the back of the queue.
There was an announcement that there would be 30 mins of additional traveling time. At this point, I was really damn annoyed because LATE + PUSHY PEOPLE + SUFFOCATING AT OVERCROWDED MRT STATION, so I unabashedly let out a loud TSK. LOL. How embarrassing haha I should have been more patient but I was very angry because I might be late for a test!! I mean, it's ok to be late for normal tests because we can always go for a make-up, but definitely not for an oral test!! We have a fixed schedule for oral test and are assigned fixed time slots, plus it's a pair test so if I'm late, it'll affect my partner as well.
Began to search for other possible modes of transportation to school. It was my first time finding ways to go to school from JE, and I was so disappointed LOL. All the alternatives suggested by google maps was to take a train to either clementi, buona or dover. And I'm like DUDE THE TRAIN ISN'T WORKING. Sighs, but fortunately, after some time, the train service resumed, and finally boarded it (after missing 3 trains LOL). So much thanks for Wendy for tanking my complaints and asking me to calm down HAHA.
Didn't have much time to prepare with Phoebe coz late, but luckily we had prepared a lot of conversational topics beforehand. We literally cheered when we saw our given topics because we prepared for them haha!! We were given 15 mins to discuss, then 15 mins to converse, but we only used 7 mins for our conversation HAHA. We were damn shocked coz we only had to have around 4 exchanges per dialog, but it felt too fast and short for us. But Frau Hofmann said it was ok and good. Hopefully can do well, but a bit scared because the pair both before and after us DAMN ZAI ONE. They are like the best students in the class. Sighs, such fate.
Ok gotta go chiong my essay now coz have pottery later again LOL.
