so let's talk about what I did today!! After physics, went to meet bern, weining and wendy at jcube with doreen. they called ahmeng at around 12.10 then she said she will reach at 12.30, but being yiming, we all knew that she would be late, so it wasn't much of a surprise when she made her grand entrance at 1pm, screeching and complaining HAHAHA.
had a great meal at Manhattan Fish Market!! It's the first time I ate there. Fortunately, they had the one-for-one offer, if not we would have to pay more than $13 for it. We paid only around $8 WOOHOO I'M A CHEAPSKATE AUNTIE. THANKS. We had this interesting conversation over nemo and dory since weining thought that the fish is originally blue in colour due to misconception from watching finding nemo HAHAHAH damn hilarious.Wendy is super convincing. She lured Doreen away by saying that she's going to meet her friend for her minute and I really believed her. GULLIBLE?? She went to find the Manhattan worker for a lighter then we camped outside KFC while he helped us to light the candles, and we proceeded back to MFM, super afraid that the candles will fall and burn the whole box. We awkwardly sang birthday songs for Weining and Doreen haha!! Some nice guy at the back sang along too (Y).
Went to the rink and wanted to go ice-skating, but the timing was from 3-5, so we had one hour to spare. We took our 2nd polaroid together woohoo!! (the first one was at the museum xD) We stayed above while watching people skate. There were MANY RV-ians there. While we were watching, the fire alarm in jcube started ringing. The sound system in Jcube is so horrible. You can't even hear the announcement. We didn't even know that the woman was asking us to stay calm blah blah blah until they checked out the situation and stuff until weining told us. When me and bern were going to the toilet, laughing away at the crowd outside Sticky, the fire alarm beside us suddenly rang, and we started screaming HAHHAA JOKE. The sound system in the toilet is SO MUCH CLEARER. Thus, in future when the fire alarm rings, we should all camp in the toilets to wait for further instructions. Otherwise, we won't know anything if we are outside. HAHHA KIDDING.
Ice-skating is really fun!! The last time I skated was in Sec1, before JEC closed. My cousin used to bring me there with her ice-hockey friends. HOT DUDES AHHAHA KIDDING. I was damn scared because there was once when I entered the entrance, I immediately slipped and landed on my butt and my tail bone hurt for quite a while. It's so humiliating. However, this time round, NONE OF US FELL. OMG WHY ARE WE SO PRO??!! HAHAHA kidding. Me and doreen didn't dare to leave the railing because we were so afraid that we would fall. There was this bunch of uncles that were so annoying and stood in a straight line so we were blocked and we couldn't move since we didn't dare to leave the railing. TSK. It's like some uncle hangout.
Some annoying act zai uncle asked if my arm was too short to reach for the railing TSK WTH NOT FUNNY. I was trying so hard to stay away from a couple of guys who looked like they were about to fall ANY MOMENT. Spotted Michelle and Tay Min!! Some auntie who was struggling to keep her balance poked my ass with her finger. TSK EAT MY TOFU AR. hahahaa in the end, in order to avoid some RV-ians who were watching from outside the rink, we had to skate to the middle. It took us a lot of courage. We were in the centre of attraction. WOOHOO!!
Had a fun day out today!! Ate Baskin Robbins and bought a blouse from cotton on. Damage done to my wallet is too much. time to save money.
