Finally ended the long gruesome journey of finals yesterday, which almost means that I've survived my first semester of year one in uni!! It has been a long road haha meeting new people from camp, choosing modules, attending lectures and tutorials alone, getting closer with rv friends in school, doing group projects, writing disgusting essays, doing presentation etc. I am so glad that uni has given me a chance to get to know more about rv friends whom I'm not very close with initially. And I'm so glad that I didn't drift with friends from other schools too.
Last weekend was a pretty horrible period because zero motivation to study for a paper on Monday and I feel bad for ranting to my friends, like being such a total party-pooper for listening to me rant when their exams have already ended, and I feel bad for ranting to others whose exams haven't ended too because they'll be feeling super frustrated too.

That being said, I really want to thank Wendy for being such a wonderful and giving friend, always buying liangcha for me when I was sick and giving me so much and encouraging me with verses, and listening and tolerating me when I rant and be a whiny girl. Very grateful for Doreen and Joey too, for attending lectures and tutorials with me, listening to me complain about mods that I dislike and being such wonderful company in school. Sweet girls forever telling me to rest early and hear me whine. THURSDAY IS OUR FEAST DAY. DUO XIE NI MEN. And Liuhan for always randomly talking to me and love how we talk nonsense and making me laugh like mad. Much thanks to Chloe and Michele who are always asking me out to eat randomly and Skype sessions that make me stay awake (except for that time when I fell asleep and didn't respond to Michele HAHAHA) plus they are always so chill so I guess their chill-ness makes me feel chill too. And duo xie my beloved ASSHOLE XUXI for snap chatting me and making me laugh and hear me rant about global studies. Much thanks to my other snap chat buddies like Bern, Weining, Rachel and Rae (plus Doreen and Joey) too for entertaining me and providing entertainment when I'm bored from studying. Thankful for stupid Yiming for randomly asking me out for lunch spontaneously and how we always bitch about global studies hahaha. Much thanks to the best guy friend who always provides entertainment and making me laugh hahaha ooh you're featured here haha. Thankful for Vivan for attending Jap studies lecture with me and making me laugh when we catch each other dozing off and her reaction whenever she sees who is the lecturer HAHA. Oh and grateful for Magdalene too, for always gossiping with me about global studies HAHA SHE IS HILARIOUS. Thankful for having nice group mates too and got to know them and wow my global group has this swedish guy (winks) and grateful for wanyi for always motivating us during Jap studies. And much thanks to the OG girls for encouraging one another, especially Nancy (she saw me last week and gave me super tight and long hug HAHA, which was quite comforting because I was in a horrible mood). This list is getting so long my gosh did I miss out anyone OH NO I hope I didn't!!
Last but not least, grateful for the family who has been there, and I'm really very sorry to my mum for being such a horrible daughter these few weeks, because I was feeling so angst and hating the world SO MUCH. And she tolerated all my nonsense and didn't give me one tight slap which I deserved HAHA. Where can I find someone who will wake up in the middle of the night to brew liangcha for me because I was coughing so badly :'( love you mama (can't bring myself to say this in real life). And my happy pills Jayden and Shermin. Just looking at them cheers me up by 1000000%.

And the only boy who treats me as his princess HAHAHA BEING SHAMELESS HERE. :') really love these 2 kids so much.
This semester is only around 3.5 months long, but it feels like more than half a year has passed. Grateful to everyone who has somehow impacted my life in a way.
