We were done with our last bible study book a couple of weeks ago, so we decided to go for an outing today, on the last Sunday of the year.
Had to tip toe so badly for this pic but failed. Shortest of the group and yet I'm behind.
Actually there's nothing much to explore along the DTL HAHA so no idea what we were doing. But I guess we had too much time to kill, that's why. Also, normally for trains, when you come out from the train and go up the escalator, you'll see the control station, but this DTL, you have to walk quite a bit from the train platform to the control station.
Stopped at botanics and headed back to bukit timah. Sigh there was a station called King Albert Park. The DTL is seriously too late omg. It would have been good if it was constructed a few years ago, so it would be very accessible for us to go for Mac's or Udder's at KAP.
LOL why on earth Paul's face looking so smooth here.
Anyway, mum is down with food poisoning, so I drove to church today HAHA much exciting!! I had the honour of being the first in the family to drive a new road today haha. If you've driven along the road from bukit panjang to bukit timah, you would realise that the road there is FOREVER changing. The road looks different every Sunday whenever we drive along there, because they are always doing some road works. I had a fun time driving today haha. P.S. It's gonna be one year since I've gotten my license in a few more days!! HOW EXCITING.
We met for breakfast at market, where I spotted Glen HAHA and she was embarrassed coz she just woke up and was wearing sleep clothes to the market.
It was awkward initially because my stupid tauhuay queue was damn long and by the time I went back, I had to choose a seat among the guys and got separated with Jia and Theresa. And Aaron and Sean were like talking about army stuff all the way, while me and Caleb were giving blank faces. And Sean's apparently going to his new posting tomorrow LOL. Had a short chat with Caleb too.
After breakfast, Theresa suggested exploring the new downtown line since it was free today. The aircon was exceptionally shiok, perhaps it is new LOL give it a few more months. There were many aunties and uncles who were exploring the DTL too HAHA. So we decided to stop a botanics.

Outside church :)
Thanks for being such accepting girls and always checking up on me :') Love the above two pics with the girls because we look so happy and the background is cool too haha.
It's been a fun-filled year with you all and thanks everyone for being so accepting and tolerating whenever I lead lessons because I'm always not prepared and don't know what to say LOL. And feeling bad for always arrowing people to answer questions. But still, you all are so nice and genuine :) Not sure if I'll be continuing class next year, but I think this has been my most favourite class ever. And apparently, everyone's first impression of me is "shy and quiet". True, or false?? HAHA.
Farewell, it has been a good last Sunday :)

Sometimes I wish I knew what to say in various situations. Am I not sensitive enough?? Am I not mature or experienced enough to cope with this?? I think so. But I really wish people can depend on me, but time and again, the inability to know is appropriate to say is a real deterrent. I wish people will know that I do care, and it's just that I'm not able to express myself well. Really, I do care. I need some self-help books perhaps.
